BRING WEIGHTS TO LIFT BETWEEN EVERY SONG! I recommend 5 pounds if you are just beginning. Totally fine to do the weight movements without weights or use canned goods or water bottles. Some people also choose to rest, stretch, or walk in place/jumping jacks/squats - whatever your body needs!
MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR CLASS TIME TO AVOID A PUNCH BEING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! You must sign up and reserve your spot. Do not show up without a reservation. You must cancel at least 2 hours before class otherwise a punch will be taken from your account. Do not email or contact us on social media to cancel your class. You cancel by signing into your PunchPass account. Thank you!

THERE MAY NOT BE BATHROOMS AVAILABLE at this location. If there are evening activities here, then you are welcome to run inside to use them. But the building is sometimes locked too. In that case, you may drive to a local establishment to find some relief.
KIDS AGES 14 AND UNDER ARE WELCOME FOR FREE WITH A PAYING PARENT!

so we can make arrangements. If we determine the child can come alone, then a waiver, payment, and an account will be needed for the child. If anyone 15+ wants to attend, they can purchase a drop-in pass or check out our student pass.
No dance experience or talent needed. Can you walk in place? That's all you need! Just move however you move and take breaks anytime. You are worth it! You are strong enough! This is a judgement-free zone where we don't judge ourselves and we don't judge others. Zero tolerance for anything other than being inclusive to EVERYONE. All are welcome here.
